Silverside Deli is a unique, locally owned and operated restaurant specializing in gourmet sandwiches, and coffee. Headed by executive chef, Dash Howell, having worked in Michelin starred fine dining in NYC, Silverside Deli incorporates gourmet dining principles in all of our cuisine.

Silverside Deli epitomizes elevated gastronomic interpretations of sandwiches, in a fast casual environment. All dishes are made fresh daily, and to order. We painstakingly source from a multitude of local purveyors, to ensure the freshest and finest ingredients possible.

All of Silverside Deli's sandwiches will delight you with its contrasting yet complimentary flavors. All of our sauces are made in house and are crafted to cohesively pair with our sandwiches. Our house sauce incorporates 20 ingredients to transform our chopped cheese sandwich into something unique, that will have you wondering why you hadn't tried it sooner.
